Disposal of Expired Flares Please note that the Canadian Coast Guard no longer (as of April 01, 2004) accepts expired flares for disposal. Recreational boaters in Fredericton area may contact the Fredericton City Police Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU) for arrangements for flare disposal. Contact the Fredericton Police at 460-2300. Please, do not take flares to the Police Station, the EDU will respond to pick up expired flares. |
